Todd B. Waldo brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, strategy, technology, operations, and community-centered leadership. At the Shockoe Institute, he directs strategic initiatives, strengthens partnerships, supports interdisciplinary content development, leads high-impact projects, and helps build the organizational systems needed to expand the Institute’s visibility and impact.

His background includes consulting for organizations across government, nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, and community development sectors. He is especially skilled at translating between business, technology, and community needs to help organizations design practical, scalable solutions.
